The illustrious Charisse M. Penalver is a nationally recognize leader and community advocate. Mrs.Penalver has built her career in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as a go-to person with community issues. She served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey for nine years before transitioning in 2014. Her track record as an attorney-at-law exceeds itself and she continues to break barriers for women around the country. The benefit of Charisse’s experience extends into building communities, advocating for civil rights, and opportunities for economic development.

She has continued to build her legacy now by coaching people who want to live the American dream and providing them with solutions which match their core values. As an entrepreneur, Charisse seeks to develop fruitful business relationships that can result in win-win solutions. She available to mentor and share guidance on the necessities to live the American Dream while also understanding a person’s individual aspirations.

Charisse received her Bachelor’s degree in 1980 from Cornell University, College of Arts & Sciences; in 1984, she earned a Master’s degree in Hospital and Health Services Administration from the Samuel Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell and in 1988 she earned a J.D. from the University of Connecticut, School of Law.
